"The crews were very good, helped us both on and off the ambulance"

(as a service user),

My wife used this service yesterday; the health clinic booked the ambulance for her.

We got to the hospital early and were therefore seen early – this was all fine.

We were picked up again after the appointment, about an hour later, and taken home again. The crews were very good, helped us both on and off the ambulance.
