"Help with anxiety and depression"

Went to see my GP and was listened to given fluoxetine and offered some therapy (an opportunity to talk to someone in confidence ) who might enable to help.

I declined the therapy initially but once the medication had helped I asked to be referred. I was put on a very short waiting list, couple of weeks and then had 6 sessions, one a week about 30 -45 minuets long. they really did help and gave me the tools to cope with any future problems.
