"Received a call the next day"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for more than a year, so went to see the GP to ask for help.

We thought it will take for ages but the GP referred us to TRAQS. Next day we got a call that we can have our appointment with the specialist in 2 weeks time!

Also, we could choose from more appointments to suit our time. 2 working days after we received confirmation of the appointment.

Many thanks for your help!

We are very pleased that your experience of using the TRAQS service was a positive one. At TRAQS the team believe that every patient matters and aim to provide an efficient, quailty service for all of the patients whose referrals we process to enable patients to make an informed Choice as to when and where they receive their treatment.
