What I liked

my mother was admitted in Nov. 2007 the staff were excellent in their care and professionalism this, included the whole family and we were kept fully informed at all stages of my mothers treatment.After discharge a cpn visited and social worker and have been instrumental in my mothers continuing improvement. Thank you so much to the doctor and his very dedicated team for the return of a very much loved mum, who is now back to chase us all up!

What could be improved

A cozy corner to share a cup of tea

possibly an activity,arts & craft, music but do understand how restricting budgets are.

GP should be more aware of how important early referral is, and listen and hear what relatives are saying. The doctor must be so frustrated when an early referral might mean quicker assessments, earlier treatment and possibly a shorter stay in hospital = more resources and beds available.
