(as the patient),

I find the blood test clinic is 1st class. I go for a test on one day and get my dose the day later, and the sample has traveled to Liverpool general for analysis, couldn't get any better.

Candice at Blood Department at St Johns is very efficient and pleasant.

Your department is the best.
