What I liked

I recently had to attend the x-ray dept & for this I allowed a couple of hours expecting to have to wait around. I was really pleased when after just 10 minutes I was called & my x-ray was done in 30 seconds. It actually took me longer to put the gown on than it did to have the x-ray.

What could be improved

Not so pleased about the car parking situation!

I had allowed plenty of time which was just as well as although the barrier went up & let me take a ticket & get in, there were actually no places left to park. Meanwhile, others had also entered & found no place to park behind me. Once I had gone right round to the end, I found I couldn't get out either as you have to leave your car & go pay the exit fee b4 the exit barrier will let you out, I also couldn't reverse due to the other cars behind me in the same position. After 45mins, a car near me pulled out of a space.

Quite frankly, the car park is a nightmare & if you are able to avoid it then do so.
