Have been several times for blood tests and outpatient appointments. Staff are always friendly, courteous and respectful as well as being thoroughly professional. Since the refurb it's always clean with an uncluttered, calming ambience and relatively short waiting times. Well done to the staff who operate the centre. Only minor drawback - which is not in the gift of the centre staff - is that certain services have been withdrawn back to William Harvey, causing some inconvenience. The review form needs a few mods! You have to select a department from either "Don't know" or "Physiotherapy"..... Also the "same sex accommodation" question isn't valid here, is it?
