The treatment before and after surgery was excellent and this help in my recovery after such major heart surgery. Only criticism was that on certain night shifts the nursing care was below par. Apart from this my experience was a very memorable one, including the food. Thanks very much Ward 31 for looking after me.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the treatment you received during your stay for heart surgery, I hope you are continuing to recover well from your operation. However, I am concerned about your comments about the care you received by certain nurses on the night shift. I would like to discuss these concerns further with you to see how we could improve our care to patients in the future.
