My sister had given birth today at 3pm and while visiting at 6pm, imagine my shock finding my sister in a dirty gown sat on a folding chair withering in pain and her new born baby had neither been fed or bathed. My sister suffered from pre-natal depression and i was really expecting better care. Reception had 5/6 members chatting away and when asked for some help we finally manage to get some after much huffing and puffing which took another 45mins. I understand hospitals are busy place but exactly what are the staff's jobs there. Apalling behavior and i will be reporting this
