I was spoken to abruptly by a nurse whilst in hospital, she had mis heard what I had asked and was off hand. I contacted Pt Relations but did not want to make a big complaint as the care I had received was good.
Pt Relations were sensitive and reassuring, they passed on my concerns to Matron who visited me and I had an apology from the staff member. I was impressed with their efficiency in responding.
They even checked back on me to see if I was satisfied.
