"Orthorpaedic referral"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

I had an emergency referral to HRI Orthorpaedic department for a swelling on my collar bone. From reception in emergency care to x-ray, blood tests and ultra-sound I was extremely well looked after with care and understanding. The staff from receptionist, nurses, doctors and consultants were all excellent. The new emergency care department, Ward 90 and everywhere I went was clean and fresh. The communication between all of the different departments was good considering the volume of work and the number of patients that are seen in one day. This must be a logistical nightmare but one that all of the staff manage and achieve high levels of professional integrity. Thank you to all at HRI for the service and compassion that you show to all of your patients.
