I was really well treated in a&e in which despite being busy all staff I came into contact with we're friendly and helpful. My overnight stay in CDU was made better by the lovely people on duty. My fracture clinic appointment, though a little delayed was excellent. My consultant was friendly and efficient as was the x-ray person. The X-ray was very quick with virtually no waiting and back to my consultant who was just great. During my wanderings to find physio every member of staf I met were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better 'patient experience'.
