My uncle was nursed on the ward B8 till he passed away on the 2nd april 2013 he had been on many wards at the royal Blackburn as this was his 3rd visit he was on this ward for 5 weeks and I cant fault the doctors or nurses on that ward, they were fantastic to me and my sister we were my uncles only relatives and n.o.k he was truly nursed not left or ignored when he needed help he was kept spotless and was even shaved while he slept this is what proper nursing is not like we experienced on some other wards at royal blackburn and at the pendle community hospital were care there was dire to say the least B8 is a shinning example of what all patients and relatives should be treated and nursed like in todays nhs everyone from the consultant to the cleaners couldn't be more helpful I cant thank you enough for all you did for him and for the support you gave myself and my sister you all deserve full credit keep up the good work B8 its a pity all wards cant be as well run as this one thanks again!
