"As with prevoius post given direct line to ring"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Anything else?

My wife was told to call a direct line if she had not received her appointment for further heart investigation tests within two weeks. No surprise that no appointments received so have been ringing that number since last Thursday. Straight through to voicemail every time requesting name phone number and hospital number. No response whatsoever. Am posting here to let other people know, would also be nice if the hospital responded but looking back through the blog it seems they prefer to respond to positive postings and seem to ignore the rest. - must be a hospital policy like the voicemail! Looks like we will have pay a visit to the hospital to try to sort something out - its just ridiculous.
