The staff lacked insight to the patient experience, some have the attitude 'can't do' and 'won't do'. Had difficulty understanding their english, language skills for some staff is poor and the response to requests were not met on several occasions, tho staff find time to chat, shop on the computer and have personal calls/texts messaging. I could certainly see areas where too many staff had not enough to do, tho always saying how busy they were, very strange. The food was good but the cleaning could be much imporved.
