"Cleanliness"

Anything else?

I spent two weeks visiting someone in Bickleigh Ward in the Heart Unit. As a visitor I cannot properly comment on most rating areas, but I can comment on the cleanliness. It was stunning!! Everywhere I went it was shining, rather like a five star hotel. Even the underside of the beds were immaculate. I once saw the staff spneding ages cleaning a wheelchair that had been used once. Well done!
