I have had 2 appointments in the ophthalmology out patients department, both times I was treated extremely well and involved in the decision making. Staff go out of their way to put you at your ease and explain the condition and likely outcomes. Although the department is extremely busy and because the staff spend time explaining treatment options to patients there is a delay in being seen, however I prefer this to being rushed when it is your turn to see the doctor. thank you.
