I was recently referred by my GP to your specialist service From the initial assessment ,surgery to the follow-up appointments . The treatment I received was excellent I would also say thank you to the appointment/ reception staff who were very helpful and obliging when arranging dates/time Last but not least excellent standards of hygiene /cleanliness Every one I met through this process was courteous, friendly and reassuring Recently there has been a lot of negative reports of the NHS However if they followed the Queen Victoria's methods of care and treatment there would not be any problems A service to be recommended Thank you
