In october 2012, I came to the a&e with a dislocated knee injury. The first contact doctor in the ambulance was extremely supportive, she was trying to make me laugh all the time to take my mind of pain which was amazing. I was prioritized and seen straight away as soon as we got to the hospital. The doctors and nurses were extremely caring, polite, fast and supportive. They took care of my leg, done a scan and put me in a temporary leg support. The only thing I could complain about was the way they did not inform me was the risk of trying to bend my leg after the injury and moving around...
