"Rang TRAQS for an earlier appointment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I had an appointment booked for late July, but was in a lot of pain.

So I rang TRAQS to see if I could get a sooner appointment.

I was told I could go a month earlier in mid June, which was fantastic.

First class service, I was very impressed.
