What I liked
I would like to thank all the staff who looked after me on Davison ward when I went in for minor surgery this week.
From the moment I checked in at reception until the moment I left the hospital I was treated with care and kindness. Every single member of staff I encountered, receptionists, porters, nursing staff and doctors, was cheerful, helpful and polite.
My operation was done under local anaesthetic, but I need not have worried, as I was never left alone during my return journey from ward to theatre. A lovely nurse chatted to me throughout the procedure.
Several years ago I underwent an operation in a private sector hospital. In all honesty I can say that I received better care this time in Cromer Hospital. I received 5* treatment. Thank you!
