What I liked

A relative of mine sadly died in this hospital's emergency assessment unit recently after a short illness and I can't praise the staff enough for the sensitive way they handled the end-of-life care. It's never easy losing a loved one but the nursing staff were great, sympathetic and helpful. A real testament to the NHS. Thanks.
