Anything else?
I had never been in hospital in my life (not born in one nor had my child in one) and didn't like visiting hospitals, but since 2003, aged 66 (2003 - Intestinal, 2011 - Orthopaedic, 2012 - Orthopaedic & Ophthalmology, 2013 - Orthopaedic) I have had six operations at Frimley Park, one of a week's duration plus some extra days and the others day operations with four needing general anaesthetic. Each time I have had nothing but the utmost care and consideration from consultants to cleaning staff. I cannot speak too highly of this hospital; I have never felt 'forgotten', never had to wait too long, never been patronised but treated as an intelligent person and had procedures explained to me. A follow-up call today asking how I am a week after my last operation prompted me to write this review. This hospital is a credit to the NHS and the media should cite it as an example of how a hospital should function.
