I had a nose op which should have been followed up in 4 weeks (it took about a year) a CT scan which took forever. I had to wait 6 month for the results which I still don't have as the appointment has been cancelled yet again and put back another 6 months. Although one of the cancellations changed the time by just 20 minutes (work that one out) I started the process with my nose when Oldchuch was open to give you an idea of how long I have been mucked about.

I am sorry that your appointment has been postponed. Unfortunately it is sometimes necessary to cancel appointments due to staff sickness, or a clinical emergency taking priority, but it is unacceptable for it to be repeatedly put back.
