I had an operation in Cray Ward today and I cannot speak highly enough of the service. The Staff were friendly, professional and kept me fully aware of all the processes involving me. I had the same operation some time ago in a private hospital near London Bridge and feel the service provided in Cray Ward eclipsed it. Many thanks for your care. Alan
