What I liked
I had breast reduction here.
the Surgeon was fantastic, talked through everything and explained very well.
Staff, couldn't have been better, so pleasant, couldn't do enough and polite. One stroppy cow on night shift had the ache cos I needed the loo (night after op) other than her, 100% on all areas and I'm someone who is hard to be pleased!
Cleanliness - I work for another trust which is dirty! This hospital puts that one to shame, it's spotless!
