Anything else?
My general comments are that all staff as well as the nurses were very impressive in their dedication to high standards of care especially to the elderly and vulnerable patients. There was a strong focus on pain management, we were asked repeatedly if we were in pain, and effective pain killers were provided whenever asked for. Calls for help were responded to very promptly. Medical treatment was effective. There was no undue pressure to have to leave if there was a medical reason to stay in the hospital. Standards of cleanliness were good; in particular the cleaners were meticulous when wiping down every surface on the undercarriage of a hospital bed. I came away with a strong feeling that patient care runs though the motivation of all staff at every level.
"impressive dedication to patient care"
