I was very impressed by the courtesy and kindness of everyone I came into contact with at the Urgent Care Centre on 26 June 2013. The GP I saw was empathetic and sympathetic, told me her name and was very thorough in her investigations and treatment. I may have had to wait a little while longer than I would have liked, but you have to expect that in a walk-in service. They were clearly very busy in A&E and the Urgent Care Centre, but the atmosphere was calm and professional at all times, despite some rude patients.
