Majority of the staff at the hub were very rude. I was spoken to in a very intimidating manner and was made to feel stupid, there was no clear line of communication made between them and the TOP or EPU clinics, I was told different things by the two different departments which no body could explain why that had happened. Everything was a disaster. I waited round in the hospital for hours on end. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be using that service again. Go somewhere else!
