What could be improved
lack of communication between medical staff, failure to communicate with patients. Operations being cancelled at extremely short notice, medical notes going missing.
Insufficient communication between wards and between relatives of patients.
Long time delay re-scheduling operations when they are cancelled on the day of surgery.
