(as the patient),

I have been trying to call DART since Monday it is now Wednesday I have not managed to get through at all, and there are 3 numbers quoted on my letter; I have tried all 3. I am being charged when I call and the appointment is urgent. Not happy with this service

I am very sorry to hear that you have had such trouble getting through to us. We have checked our phones and cannot find a fault so I can only assume that the lines are busy at the times you are calling. If you have access to e-mail, and are happy to, you could send an e-mail to our Patient Helpdesk with your telephone number and UBRN and we will phone you instead.
