"Day Patient visit"

I visited the Day Patient Unit at the above yesterday and was met by Staff Nurse Jan Sheppard who made me immediately at ease with her pleasant and caring manner.
She remained with me throughout the whole Colonoscopy procedure and I sincerely thank her and the whole Colonoscopy Team for their professionalism and caring attitude extended to me.
