I was taken into this ward after attending A&E 24.06.13. The staff on duty, (doctor, nurse and health care assistant) were excellent so helpful explained everything that was happening.They could not do enough to help and reassure. me The care they gave to the elderly ladies on the ward was outstanding. There is a lot in the press about how badly the elderly are treated in hospital, this ward shows how good care for people in hospital can be. The staff are a credit to the hospital.
