Anything else?
I had my appointment in February 2013 for a fairly straight forward assessment to find out what aws wrong with a filling i'd had at my usual dentist. The assessment and X rays, staff and facilities were all fine and I was quite happy with the treatment. The dentist I saw indicated i'd have results the next week to give to my dentist, so they would have instructions how to correct the filling. After a month of hearing nothing, I called up and was told there was a massive backlog of reports for the clerks to write, and they couldn't say when I would receive the letter but that they would chase them and say I was searching. Fast forward more time, its May and I call again saying i've still received nothing. They say their records show the letter had been approved so it should have been with me soon, but that they would request it is sent again anyway. Its now June 25th, still no letter, i've just attempted to call again and the phone just rings out. If there was a choice I would not attend this service again but its sounds like we're stuck with it. Its now almost a year since I recieved the botched filling, 6 months of which has been tied up waiting for the dental hospital.
"The treatment was fine but no results for 4 months"
