The main reception is good. The medical reception leaves much to be desired as 15 times out of 15 it is answerphone only and 50% chance of a call back. Last time we traveled 15 miles to Winchester to get a message through. Only the medical phone number is given to patients who are seeing a doctor for consultation. Eventually we got this site on Google (we are old age pensioners) and got main reception phone number. This could break the deadlock. We went under a healthcare scheme, and stated this on the form, but they had logged us down as self pay. (We obviously had to pay a contribution under the terms of the scheme) The actual consultant seemed excellent
