"Single point of access "

In my opinion my care was absolutely appalling. My mental health problems have increased due to what I found cruel treatment received at the hands of so called professionals. I have completely lost all confidence in this service. I came into it expecting to be treated with dignity and care. This was not the case. Shame on you all that were involved. I hope that when you reach out for help, you are not treated the way I have been. I am now in a far worse state then when I started. I'm glad I'm not detained in Miranda House.
