I have recently been an in-patient on Wynard ward and would like to thank the whole RD&E gynaecological team for their magnificent care and attention. Despite feeling a little wary following recent reports in the Daily Telegraph and other places, I agreed to have my operation on a Friday (actually 14th June) and my treatment couldn't have been better. I saw a surgeon and a consultant on the Saturday and a consultant on the Sunday; I was discharged on the Monday - which was most impressive. Every member of the team is a credit to your hospital - you should all feel proud. I have worked for the NHS for over 35 years so I do recognise good quality care when I see it. I find it impossible to adequately thank you all for your wonderful department. God bless you all! Colette Wright
