I have to agree with the other review posted here that front desk reception was rude particularly when I had waited to hand in my form after appointment. Clinic did none of the assessments they should have done - weight, blood pressure or urine check but at least having an early morning appointment the wait was not as long as usual - up to 2 hours in one instance. I always find that the appointments sent out initially are always changed at least once and several patients have said the same. Also never see the same person twice so confusion as get varying forms of instructions/assessments each time.
