What I liked
the majority of the staff were very caring and looked after my son in a very caring and professional manner
What could be improved
some of the nurses in particular felt they could over ride doctors including consultants decisions regarding pain relief, this made my sons recovery very difficult and i felt that the communication between different teams needed improving so they are reading from the same hymn sheet¬!
