My husband has been on the waiting list for surgery for over 6 months now and in that time has already had a cancelled operation waited for more than 3 hours for a follow up clinic appointment, been sent the wrong time for an ultrasound appointment and had his notes lost so all in all not a very good experience and i work for the NHS !!!!
