"Accident and emergency"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Anything else?

My mother was admitted to hospital on 19 May 2013, having fallen at home. She was a 91 year-old frail and vulnerable person suffering from heart failure. She was kept in a side room for 36 hours. Her treatment was a disgrace. I have complained to my mp. After 36 hours she failed to respond and died 2 days later.
