What I liked
The staff. In spite of the poor reputation the hospital has locally all of the staff are working really hard to make sure that everyone experiences the best care they are able to give.
What could be improved
Attenbtion to small details; ofr instance there are a number of lavatories where the suppliers bar codes are still visible - in some cases years after they have been installed!
