(as the patient),

I would just like to thank the wonderful staff that removed a tooth following a difficult experience at the dentist and an unsuccessful removal

I can't quite believe how quick and straight-forward it all was! I do have a suggestion however, and am not sure who to raise it with.

I really think these rooms should have some sort of music in the background to put patients more at-ease. It would help enormously with nervousness I am sure.

Well done for a great service - I even got in early!
