"Trip to minor injuries in East Grinstead with my 8..."

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

Anything else?

I visited minor injuries with my 8 year old son who had an infection in a graze on his leg! We waited no more than 25 mins before being seen by a senior nurse! He was amazingly patient, sensitive and firm with my son! The care he showed was second to none! The following day he developed a temperature and I called the unit and was fortunate enough to be able to speak to the same nurse! He reassured me and gave me advice, assuring me he was on duty til 10 that night so to call if anything changed. Later that evening he called me at home to check on progress! Amazing service!!!! Thank you
