This story is not about myself. It is about a lady who has requested me for advice.
As her GP wants to refer her to Medway Maritime Hospital, she was given a Choose and Book Form.
She tried to make her booking through Internet but could not do so. She was advised to phone 0345 6088888.
She has made several attempts to make this call but no one is ever available. She has left messages on the answering machine but no one has tried to call her back.
I have made a few appointments through Internet without any problem. I wonder why she is not allowed to do so. What is the point of providing a phone number when there is no one there to answer the call?
