On a recent visit to the A&E department, I would just like to compliment them on the professional manner which my case was handled, and the reassurances ( as I was absolutely terrified) were of great help and comfort. The information I was given about my condition was both accurate and helpful. I was admitted to ward F3 then transferred to F4 ward, and I can only say the standard of care and cleanliness well exceeded my expectations. And my eventual operation and aftercare are hard to imagine being bettered anywhere. Thanks to all concerned once again.
