I would firstly like to thank the a and e staff for all their help it was very much appreciated yet I found that myself and other people was waiting ages before seeing anyone. My experience was that on Sunday I went and was transferred to the fracture clinic where I was seen fairly quickly. Following this though the problem had deteriated after a few days so I went back and had to go in the actual a and e department where I was waiting just over 1 and a half hours before I got saw by anyone yet talking to a gentleman who was also there he was telling me that he had been waiting nearly 3 hours and still was there waiting when I had came out not good if you ask me. As well as this soon before I got saw a woman came in who had quite a serious injury and I think should had been referred to the emergency department. Once I saw the doctor I found him a very polite , helpful , and understanding person the type I expect in a busy a and e. Once again I would like to thank all the staff for their amazing help and I am certainly on the road to recovery again!
