Anything else?
I attended the Royal Hallamshire Hospital on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 and 12 June after being referred urgently by Grimsby hospital for a detached retina. The treatment my wife and I received was superb. Special thanks to the consultant and his team for the painless operation under local anaesthetic in the Day Case Centre, and to the Sisters in the Posturing Room in the Eye Clinic both before the operation and the following day. For someone who is very squeamish and hates hospitals, the service I received made it a lot easier for me. Thank you.
