Anything else?
My first stay in a hospital was for this procedure in May. I found that the staff were very confident and reassuring. They were friendly and sympathetic and did their best to put me at ease. I also found their attention to cleanliness very reassuring. I had the procedure explained to me and was kept clearly informed with what to expect and what was expected of me. Whilst no hospital visit can be described as pleasant, this certainly was not unpleasant. Many thanks to the surgeon and staff who are, in my opinion, a glowing example of how these things should be.
