I would thank the hospital for the excellent treatment of my grandmother June 21st, 2013. From arrival to A&E where I found it impossible to find place to park and drop her off. A&E found someone to help and bring wheelchair to my car to assist me getting her in. After that everything went very smoothly A&E to Urgent Care Unit and X- Ray. Thank you to all staff for their helpful and caring attitude. It could only be improved by dedicated drop off car parking spaces near to A&E.

I am sorry that you experienced difficulty in parking, but pleased to hear that the were helpful and assisted you in bringing your grandmother into the department from the car. We will ensure that your positive words are shared with the team, and that your comment regarding the availability of car parking spaces is brought to the attention of our Director of Facilities.
